First I want to wish my son-in-law a happy birthday today. I couldn't have asked for a better son-in-law had I special ordered him. Happy birthday, Michael.
Vacation time is getting nearer and nearer and I can't wait. Three years since I have been to the beach. It seems like an eternity. I'm patiently counting the days.
I need to get a trip to McKay's book store in Knoxville before I head to the beach. I've got my bag packed with books to take back and exchange. Now just to find a time to do it.
I got my Thirty-One order in yesterday and am so thrilled with my goodies. Some I bought for myself, some were bought for me as a gift and some were freebies because I was the hostess. I am in love with my new Retro Metro purse. I love the red initials on the front. The camera is just a phone camera so it didn't do it justice, but I am loving the purse.
I also got the jade Vary You Wristlet. This thing is awesome. I have a Samsung Galaxy phone and it fits perfectly in the wristlet along with cards, ID, cash. It's fantastic. I can't wait to take it to the beach to carry when I go antique shopping and don't want to be bothered with my big purse.
Since my purse is polka dot and has my red initials, I had to have the red hang it key fob. I love this key chain. It is so easy to find in the bottom of my purse.
We are getting a new office at work and I got some new items for my desk. The little turquoise caddy will hold a box of tissues and the pocket will hold a note pad and pen. The Fold and File will hold letter size hanging folders so I will use it on my desk instead of a tray for those forms and papers I need to have at my finger tips. I love them.
I can't wait to head out to work today to use all my new items.
